  • We ship using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) through Pirate Ship to provide reliable and trackable delivery.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fabulous with every GENICX purchase.

  • Bags & Belts: Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and approved by our team before return.

  • Jewelry: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit.

  • Approval Required: To request a return, email help@genicxstyle.com or genicx.store@gmail.com with your order number and item photo.

You may request a return for handbags, clutches, and belts within 10 days of delivery.
